The Capability Voucher Funding is designed to give business owners unfiltered access to business training and coaching services, by providing them with up to 50% subsidy towards the registered service cost.

Management Capability Development Voucher Fund is only available through Regional Business Partners around New Zealand. Regional Business Partners offers eligible businesses help with HR, health and wellbeing, business continuity, cashflow and finance management, strategy and digital capability.

“This funding scheme is ideal for businesses that have recognized gap in its capability that can be addressed through management capability building and training,” advises Phillip.

The following criteria will be used by to identify whether or not your business qualifies for funding:

  • Be operating with 50 or fewer FTEs.
  • Be GST registered in New Zealand.
  • Have a New Zealand Business Number (NZBN).
  • Be operating in a commercial environment – i.e. currently trading.
  • Be privately owned or a Māori Trust or Incorporation under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act .1993 or similar organisation managing Māori assets under multiple ownership.
  • Have undergone Discovery Session with a Growth Advisor.
